So, what can I say about Tim and his team at Brown Transportation Solutions (BTS)?
Let’s start out with the fact that I was hired at a large manufacturing facility as the Shipping Supervisor at a company in Dallas, Texas. When hired, I was told that BTS was one of two companies we used to ship all products from the facility. I’ve been doing logistics a long time and was never told anywhere else I worked that I had no options with whom I shipped.
So, I began my relationship with Tim and BTS. Soon after starting, I realized that they used BTS for a very good reason. I found out real fast that the company I worked for had very tight schedules and, in the same breath, schedules that had to be flexible due to the manufacturing process of the product, due dates, and types of different transportation requirements. I can’t count the times that I had to change my bookings either forward or backwards.
Tim and his team at BTS were always there to help accommodate our customers and my requests. Tim and his team at BTS went above and beyond any other company I had dealt with in the past, everything from hotshots to semi-truck transport…from across town or across the country.
